Zeno Enjady, 74, of Mescalero passed away Saturday, April 11, 2015 at his home. He was born September 7, 1940 at White Tail on the Mescalero Apache Reservation and had lived in the area all of his life. At the age of 15 he became at Cowboy at Cow Camp #1 and later worked for forestry at the ski area.
He is survived by two sons, Everett James Enjady and Terrance Edward Enjady; brothers, Collins M. Enjady, Gene Wayne Enjady, Merlin F. Choneska, Wayne Enjady Jr. and Keevin Chee; sisters, Wynelle M. Geronimo, Bonna Dell Ortega, Rosemary Swanson, Molly Ann Gayton, April Sanchez, Marketa Martine, Laveda Martine, Cathy Sampson and Rena Chee; 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Prayer service will be Wednesday, April 15, at 6:00 PM at the Mescalero Assembly of God Church with the funeral service on Thursday, April 16, at 10:00 AM in the Mescalero Community Center Gym with burial to follow at the Mescalero Cemetery.
