William Stevens Sebring, 79, of Capitan was born May 26, 1931 in Elizabeth, New Jersey and passed away surrounded by his family on November 10, 2010 in Ruidoso.
Bill grew up in New Jersey and graduated from Rutgers University and Princeton Theological Seminary. He served as a minister for the Presbyterian church for over 50 years. He served in North Dakota, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, and New Mexico serving the churchs at Nogal and Ruidoso. Bill was truly a man of God, whos teachings and wisdom changed the lives of countless people thoughout his life.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years Ann Becky od Capitan, his daughters, Kathleen Davis and her husband, Randy, and Elizabeth Sebring his sons William Daniel Sebring and Glenn A. Sebring. He is also survived by two grandsons and three greatgrandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Reginald and Evelyn Sebring, and his brother Ken Sebring.
Memorial services will be Wednesday, Nov. 17, at the First Presbyterian Church in Ruidoso at 2:00 PM.

Church, The Collie Rescue Fund, or St. Judes Hospital.
