Vivian Morgan

Vivian J. Morgan was called home by our Father, Wednesday, October 26, 2011. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

Vivian was born on June 13, 1920 in Covington, Kentucky. She married Philip Morgan in Washington, DC on St. Patricks Day in 1952. After Philip served in the Korean War, they were transferred to Walker Air Force Base in Roswell, NM. They spent the rest of their 53 years together in New Mexico, mostly in Roswell. Vivian worked at Cobean Stationery Company for 20 years. After retiring, she volunteered at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center where she accrued 12,405 lifetime hours. She was a member of Berrendo Baptist Church.

Vivian was preceded in death by her husband, Phil and son, Lee. She is survived by on daughter, Cindy and her husband David Martinez two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

There will be a private service for the family.
