Tommy Zumwalt

Memorial service for Tommy Zumwalt, 82, of Capitan will be Monday, March 28, at 11:00 AM in the Angus Church of the Nazarene with burial to follow at the Angus Cemetery.

Mr. Zumwalt passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2011, in Ruidoso. He was born November 24, 1928 at Los Angeles, California. He grew up in California and Lincoln County before moving to Michigan for 40 years, then he moved to Silver City for 10 years then moved Capitan for the last 6 years. He attended the Nogal Presbyterian Church. He married Patty Stephenson on February 10, 1951 at Carrizozo.

He is survived by his wife, Patty two children, Mary Ann Williams of Grand Rapids, Michigan and Marcia Pasquzzi of Strongsville, Ohio 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

The family has requested memorials to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
