Staci Bassinger

Memorial service for Staci Preston Bassinger, 40, of Carrizozo, New Mexico will be Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at 11:00 AM in the First United Methodist Church in Nocona, Texas. Staci fought a couragous battle with cancer and passed away Saturday, March 5, 2011 in Alto, New Mexico. She was born April 30, 1970 at Bowie, Texas. Staci graduated from GoldBurg High School and attended Midwestern State University. She moved to Lincoln County two years ago from Lubbock, Texas.

She is survived by her parents, Ron and Judy Preston of Alto, NM a brother, Arron Preston and his wife, Elizabeth of Logan, UT grandparents, Joy Jackson of Nocona, TX and Wayne Preston of Anson, TX preceded in death by grandparents, Grady Linn and Nell Preston.

The family has requested memorials to New Mexico Oncology, 4901 Lang Ave, NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109.
