Sara operated My House of Old Thing which her mother founded in 1966. She also followed her mother Jackie as Ancho Post Mistress. She attended the Ancho Community Presbyterian Church and was a founding member. BRSara married L. Y. Jackson on July 11, 1947 at El Paso, TXBRBRSara is survived by her husband L. Y. Jackson, her daughter DeeAnn Posey and her husband Gerald of Grants, NM, her son Leland Jackson of Ruidoso Downs, NM; one grandson Tyke Posey and his wife Jamie, two great-granddaughters, Kellyn and Kendra Posey and their mother GinaBRPosey and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
