Robert Bear Tiews, 71, of Ruidoso Downs passed away November 5, 2013 at his home. He was born July 28, 1942 at Quincy, Massachusetts.
He had lived in Ruidoso Downs since 1995 and was a graphic artist.
He was survived by his children, James Bizeau of Denver, Colorado, Laura Shamberg of Greatlake, Illinois, Michael Bizeau of Denver, Colorado and John Bizeau of Plainfield, Indiana.
