Raichel Rocha

Raichel Estelle Rocha, 34, born September 28,1980 to Rena Mendez and Francis Rocha in Alamogordo, NM. She is also the stepdaughter to Eldon Enjady Jr. of Mescalero NM. Raichel grew up on the Mescalero Apache Reservation where she currently lived. She was a proud mother that raised her two loving children, Sheyenne L. Casares 7 years old and Roman A. Rocha 11 years old. During her younger years she was involved in athletic sports particularly basketball. Raichel graduated from Mescalero Apache High School and she also attended Arizona Automotive Institute. She worked for the Mescalero Apache tribe in various departments. She was currently employed at IMG Resort and Casino.

Raichel was very fortunate to have an immensely large family who loved her dearly and she loved them just as much. Raichel is survived by four sisters, Rosemary Cochise of San Carlos, Arizona, Lozen Enjady, Desire Rocha, Frances Rocha all of Mescalero, NM. She is also survived by her three brothers, Justin Enjady, Raiford Rocha both from Mescalero, NM, Eldon Enjady III from Santa Fe, NM. Her paternal grandparents are Clarice Rocha, the late Ricardo Rocha Sr., the late Celine Wallace Enjady. Her maternal grandparents are Imogene Mendez, and the late Justin Mendez.

Raichel will be dearly missed but never forgotten. Her smile and her laughter will resonate in our hearts forever.

Rosary will be Friday, November 7, 2014 at 6:00 PM at St. Josephs Apache Mission at Mescalero where the funeral mass will be on Saturday, November 8, at 9:30 AM. Burial will follow at the Mendez Cemetery.
