Phillip Barnett

Phillip Barnett, 48, of Ruidoso passed away Monday, December 19, 2016 in Ruidoso. He was born August 17, 1968 at Pecos, TX. He graduated from Goddard High School in 1986 and moved to Ruidoso in 1987. He was a title examiner for The Title Company for 30 years, he was very talented artist, tattoo artist and musician and loved his family.

He is survived by his daughter, Atiera Coleman and her husband, Shelby and her mother, Laura; parents, Truman and Phillis Barnett; granddaughter, Kimber Scout Coleman; brother, Stephen Barnett and his wife, Kari; companion, Jennifer Rochon and her son, Gage.

There will be a reception on Friday, December 23, at the residence of Truman and Phillis, located at 105 Klamath Road from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM.

The family has requested memorials to Christian Services of Lincoln County.

Phillip was a man with a Big & Caring Heart for others.
