Naomi Jourden

Ms. Naomi Jourden passed away September 12, 2007. Naomi, 78 is survived by her three children, Ms. Sandee Jourden of Ruidoso, H.C. Jourden of San Antonio, Texas and Ms. Marti Jourden and husband Keith Ball of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She leaves behind three beautiful grandchildrenRon Bush of Hobbs, New Mexico, Jennifer Jourden of Manhattan, Kansas, and Bluje Rose Dutchover of Phoenix, Arizona; and three great-grandchildrenSadie Bush, Jameson Bush, and Dracen Prohaska. She also leaves behind the greatest love of her life, Robert T. Brophy. Naomi spent her retirement years as an RSVP volunteer at the Ruidoso Senior Center. She volunteered over 10,000 hours and enjoyed every minute. Eight years ago she met Bob, her true love, at the center and she spent the happiest years of her life with him.

A memorial service was held at the Ruidoso Senior Center on Friday, September 14, 2007 at 5:00 p.m. The family wishes to express their gratitude for the kindness and compassion shown by the Lincoln County Medical Center.
