Mary Balatche

Visitation for Mary Ann Balatche, 51, of Mescalero will be Tuesday, Jan. 13, at LaGrone Funeral Chapel from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM. The prayer service will be Tuesday, Jan. 13, at 6:00 PM in St. Joseph's Mission at Mescalero with the funeral mass on Wednesday, Jan. 14, also at St. Joseph's Mission. Burial will follow at the Mescalero Cemetery. Ms. Balatche passed away Saturday, Jan. 10, in Mescalero. She was born May 14, 1957 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Trini and Walter Balatche. She had lived at Mescalero all of her life, she loved her grandchildren and was a homemaker. She is survived by her daughter, Trina Daklugie; 3 grandchildren, Destiny Kayitah, Eliza Daklugie, and Levi Daklugie; 3 brothers, Wyndham Runningwater, Clifford Chee Jr., and Jimmy Runningwater; her companion, Archibald Comanche; numerous nieces and nephews. she was preceded in death by a sister, Amy Sampson.
