Lynn Salty Hoyle passed away at his home in Alto, New Mexico on September 26th, 2013. His loving and devoted wife, Anita, was at his bedside. He was 86 years old.
Lynn was born in Abbott, Texas to Robert and Ava Dunagun Hoyle on October 9th, 1926. In the fall of 1942 he moved with his family to Carlsbad, New Mexico. He then enlisted in the U.S. Navy 19421946 to serve his Country during WWII. He again reenlisted in the U.S. Navy to serve during the Korean War 19501953. He traveled and worked in various states and countries. In 1967, from Corpus Christi, Texas, he returned to Carlsbad, New Mexico to be the Bagging Plant Manager for Salt Supply Co. He continued to manage and supervise the various plants, including the Lake Plant when United Salt Supply took over. Lynn retired from United Salt Co. in 1991 after 24 years of devoted service.
Lynn was preceded in death by his father Russell in 1984, his mother Ava in 1988, his wife Joyce in 1991, and his brother L.C. in 2006.
Lynn is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 21 years, Anita OHagan Hoyle his daughter Montie Chesher of Clovis, NM and her children Denise Shane Yeary and her children, Lisa Chesher Klint Rodgers his son Gil Hoyle of Carlsbad, NM his son Karl wife Sandy Hoyle of Parker, CO and their children Justin and Taylor his daughter Melissa husband Gerald Busch of Carlsbad, NM and their children Jairus, Joyce, Keena, Ellie his daughter Ellie Hoyle Victor Barrios of Ruidoso, NM and her children Erica, Trevor, Clarice, Logan, Sadie, Lita his daughter Charlotte husband Matt Hale of Clovis, NM and their children Chloe, Taylor, Hadley his son Dexter Hoyle of Abq., NM his stepson Roy wife Deb Johnson of New Boston, TX his stepson Rick Johnson of Ruidoso, NM his stepson Terry wife Derra McMaster of Ruidoso, NM and their children Kasha, Cody, Brandon, John Paul his stepdaughter Renee husband Stewart Kramer of Lawrenceville, GA and children Alissa, Janelle. In addition to his 18 grandchildren, he is also survived by his 16 great grandchildren.
Lynn is also survived by his sisterinlaw Dale Hoyle her children Ponice Neel and grand children Angela husband Dale Lynch and Kelly.
Memorial service will be held at the Gateway Church of Christ in Ruidoso, NM on Saturday, October 26th, 2013 at 11:00 AM.

Lynn was deeply loved and will be missed by all.
