Lillian Swift

Memorial service for Lillian L. Swift, 83, of Carrizozo will be Saturday, Jan. 12, at 2:00 PM in the First Baptist Church in Carrizozo, a meal will be served at Noon in the fellowship hall. Ms. Swift passed away Friday, Jan. 4, in the Mescalero Care Center. She was born April 28, 1924 in Pear Valley, Texas. She worked at State Bank and then United New Mexico Bank for 28 years and retired in 1992. She had lived most of her life in Lincoln County. She is survived by two sons, David Swift and Willie Swift of Carrizozo; two sisters, Alta Smith of El Paso and Billie Blackwell of Aztec, NM; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
