Lillian Inez Kitchens Martin

Was born in Grandville Ok 4/9/1926, she passed away on 10/1/2019 at Valley View Care in Cottonwood AZ.

She married George R Martin in 1943. Together, near Whiteface Tx., they owned a cotton farm and a vineyard. Lillian was also a cosmetologist part time. She loved to bowl. She and George moved to Ruidoso in 1979, where she worked at Brunelle's, in the ladies shoe department. She was loved by all and will be missed.

She was Preceded in death by her husband George Riley Martin, Her Father Henry Kitchens, Her Mother Lena Songer Kitchens, Her Brothers Alton “Bub” Kitchens and Alvin “Tuff” Kitchens and sisters Helen Small, Rube Stanton, Lottie Johnson.

Surviving immediate Family:  Three sons, Lynn Martin, Dennis Martin and Jimmy Martin. Daughters in law…Reva Martin, Jeanne Martin, Carol Martin. Ann Martin Eby. She has 5 Grand Children, 6 Great Grand Children. Many Nephews and Nieces.

Visitation will be Friday, October 4, 2019, at LaGrone Funeral Chapel from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.  The funeral service will be Friday, October 4, 2019, at 3:00 P.M. at LaGrone Funeral Chapel.  Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.  Reception will follow at 311 Morgan Drive in Ruidoso.
