Leon Botella Sr.

Prayer service for Leon Botella Sr., 73, of Mescalero will be Sunday, May 16, at 6:00 PM at St. Josephs Mission where the funeral mass will be on Monday, May 17, at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at the Mescalero Cemetery.

Mr. Botella passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at Las Cruces. He was born August 26, 1936 at Mescalero and was a cowboy.

He is survived by his children, Roraine Treas, Emmalene Botella, Carl Botella, Cora Botella, Eugene Botella, Veda Botella, Leon Botella Jr., Rachel Evans, and Rex Comanche Sr. sisters, Della Simmons, June Denny, and Lara Botella niece, Leoma Baca 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
