Leah Hosetosavit

Funeral Service for Leah Morgan Hosetosavit, 86, of Mescalero will be Saturday, May 3, at 10:00 AM in the Mescalero Community Center. Burial will follow at the Mescalero Cemetery. Mrs. Hosetosavit passed away Thursday, May 1, in Alamogordo. She was born May 27, 1921 at Mescalero and had lived there all of her life. She repaired airplanes at Holloman Air Force Base, worked at the School of the Visually Handicapped in Alamogordo, was a Community Health Representative at Mescalero and retired as a Tribal Judge. She was a regular attender of all faiths. Survivors include her children, Firman Hosetosavit, Norma Balderrama, Otis Hosetosavit; sisters, Lida Kanseah and Bunch Pellman; 10 grandchildren and numerouse great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
