L. Bergeron

It is with great sadness that the family of L Wayne Bergeron announces his passing on
October 20, 2011 at the age of 73. Wayne was born in Eunice Louisiana to Will and Bernice Debarge Bergeron on February 14, 1938. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Susie McEver Bergeron and his parents. He is survived by Brothers Ray from Lafayette, Louisiana, Ron from Andover Township, New Jersey, and Bud Bergeron from Irvine California and two sisters, Cheryl from Lafayette Louisiana, and Jan from Midlothian, Virginia.

Wayne spent the majority of his adult life in the food sales industry successfully. After
moving to Ruidoso in 1990, he worked in real estate for a short time before retiring. He was an amazing cook, avid reader, and Christian.

Gravesite services and celebration of life for Wayne will be held on Friday, May 18, 2012 at 10:00 AM at Forest Lawn Cemetery on Mechem Drive. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Cancer Society. After services, the family will gather to have a meal inmemory at Cree Meadows. All are invited to join.
