Jason Leadingham

Jason Leadingham, 34, passed away on Monday, January 13th. Born in Chicago, IL, Jason was preceded in death by his father, Greg Leadingham, grandparents Walter and Ada Robinson and Kay Leadingham. He is survived by his daughter, Mackenzie, 6, his son, Cohen, 2, and fianc Sonya Tercero. He is also survived by siblings Jared Leadingham and wife Jessica, Brian Leadingham and partner Suzanna Lester, Erin Leadingham, and mother, Lane Leadingham and her fianc, Jay Blakeney, grandparents Ed and Bette Leadingham and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Jason graduated from Ruidoso High School in 1999 where he was active in football, baseball, wrestling and drama. He was an avid outdoorsman and hunter, but devoted his time and energy to his kids, as they were the center of his life. His true passion was quality time spent with his family and friends. He was full of life and endearing smiles, a contagious laugh, and a largerthanlife sense of humor he was sincere, honest, and extremely loyal. He never met a stranger and embraced life to the fullest.

Although his life was short, Jason will be remembered by the many, many friends and family whose lives he touched. He was an incredible father, brother, son and friend. He will be missed.

Services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, January 18th, at First Baptist Church, 270 Country Club Drive in Ruidoso. Please join us to retell stories he can no longer tell.

Visitation will be Friday, Janaury 17th, at LaGrone Funeral Chapel of Ruidoso from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM.
