Jack Menendez

Jack Menendez, 85, of Ruidoso passed away Saturday, September 7, 2013 at his home in Ruidoso. He was born May 20, 1928 at Tampa, Florida.

He played football at Auburn University, graduated from Tampa University with his Bachelors and received his Masters from the University of Florida. He retired as a High School Principal for the Hillsboro County Schools in Tampa, Florida, after that he went on to the University of South Florida at Tampa, Florida. He moved to Ruidoso in 2000 from Tampa, Florida and was a member of First Christian Church in Ruidoso.

He is survived by his fiance, Barbara Ehrlich of Ruidoso.
