George Lawrence

George A. Lawrence, 76, of Ruidoso passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at his home. He was born December 1, 1936 at Yonkers, NY.

He was retired Master Sgt. of the U.S. Air Force serving during the Korean and Vietnam War. He moved to Ruidoso in 1983 from Big Spring, TX. He attended the Episcopal Church of the Holy Mount. He married Christina Sollento on October 13, 1968 at Yonkers, NY and she preceded him in death on July 14, 2006.

He is survived by his son, Nicholas Lawrence two grandchildren, Bella Lawrence and Sebastian Lawrence sister, Toni Milioto. He was preceded in death by a son, George Albert Lawrence Jr. on December 28, 1993.

Visitation will be Monday, October 28, at LaGrone Funeral Chapel from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM. The funeral will be Tuesday, October 29, at 2:00 PM at the Episcopal Church of the Holy Mount with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
