Franklin Koehler

Franklin Albert Koehler, 89, of Ruidoso passed away Monday, March 19, 2012 at Alto. He was born September 5, 1922 at Chicago, Illinois.

He served in the Army during World War II. He moved to Lincoln County in 1978 from Florida. He married Ida Rosalene Halstead on January 17, 1949 in Chicago.

He is survived by his wie, Ida of Ruidoso four sons, Fred Hoehler of Valdosta, Georgia, Bob Koehler of Ruidoso, Ed Koehler of Naples, Florida and Tom Koehler of Las Cruces, New Mexico two daughters, Darice Ambrose of Ruidoso and Sandra Koehler of Las Cruces, New Mexico eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
