Francelia Randall

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Francelia Randall, a beloved member of the Mescalero community. Born on April 22, 1966, in Mescalero, NM, Francelia peacefully departed this life on April 5, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was a woman of American Indian descent, proud of her heritage and dedicated to her family.

Preceding her in death is her father, Victor Randall; brothers Bernie Randall, Eldon Randall, Archee Randall, Rex Randall, and Marlon Randall; sisters Marthaline Treas, Idella Venego, and Charlotte Randall.

Throughout her life, Francelia excelled as a sales manager at Ski Apache. Her dedication and passion for her work were evident to all who knew her.

In addition to her successful career, Francelia found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She was known for her love of cooking, often trying out new recipes and watching cooking shows for inspiration. Her passion for travel and indulging in online shopping kept her spirits high and her heart full.

Francelia leaves behind a legacy of love and strength. She is survived by her mother, Priscilla Randall, her son Kerwin M. Lester, her daughters Kershlynn M. Lester and Elizabeth Skye Ortega, her grandchildren Jarmin Lester, Shyne M.C. Lester, Ian D. Davis, Nailanni D. Chee, Nicco E. Chee, and Chico Randall, as well as her sister, Beatrice Kinzhuma. Francelia is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A Funeral Service to celebrate Francelia's life will be held on April 12, 2024, at 10:00 am at the Mescalero Assembly of God Church. A prayer service will take place the evening before, on April 11, 2024, starting at 6:00 pm, at the same location. Francelia will be laid to rest in her hometown following the service.
