Erin Weems

Visitation for Erin Aubrey Weems, 10, of Capitan will be Saturday, April 25, at LaGrone Funeral Chapel of Ruidoso from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM with a memorial service on Sunday, April 26, at 2:00 PM in the Traylor Gym at the Capitan Schools. The family suggests donations be made to the Memorial Scholarship fund set up in Erin's name at First Savings Bank in Ruidoso, NM.

Erin passed away suddenly on April 21, 2009, she was born on Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 1998 in Socorro, NM. She is survived by her loving parents, James and Ginger Weems and her precious little brothers, Garrison; grandparents, Nana and Pop, Grandpa Dan and Granny Claire, Grandpapa, Grammy Vicki, and Great Granny Parker and numerous Aunts, Uncles and cousins and friends.

Erin was a ray of sunshine, everywhere she went she brought joy and happiness to those she was around. She attended fourth grade at Capitan Elememtary School where she participated in many school activities and was admired and respected by her many friends. As much as she will be missed she is in the presence of our Lord and Savior, looking down and watching over the world she so suddenly left behind. She was truly a blessing from God and will be missed by all that knew her.
