Dudley Pruit

A memorial service for Dudley Pruit, 67, of Ruidoso will be Monday, June 30, at 12 Noon in the Episcopal Church of the Holy Mount in Ruidoso. Mr. Pruit passed away Tuesday, June 24, in Ruidoso. He was born July 30, 1940 in Lovington, NM He had lived in Southeastern New Mexico all of his life living in Roswell, Lovington, Carlsbad and Ruidoso. He was involved with Ranching, but his passion was as a substance abuse counselor. He married Debi Peterman on December 11, 1998 in Roswell. He is survived by his wife, Debi of Ruidoso; a son, Curry Pruit and his wife Jessica of MacDonald, NM; a daughter, Kristi Pruit of Ault, CO; a sister, Charnell Williams of Canyon, TX; and two grandchildren, Charlie and Amy Pruit. The family has requested memorials to the American Cancer Society.
