Dorothy Sample

Funeral service for Dorothy Sample, 91, of Elida and formerly of Ruidoso will be Monday, March 19, at 11:00 AM in the Gateway Church of Christ in Ruidoso. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Mrs. Sample passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at her home in Elida. She was born November 23, 1920 at Comanche, Texas. She moved to Ruidoso in 1961 from Sundown, TX and live in Ruidoso until 2005 when she moved to the ranch at Elida. She owned and operated the D D Beauty Shop while in Ruidoso.

She is survived by Grandaughter, Phyllis Roberts and her husband Mike great granddaughter, Mollie CrowRomanyshian and her husband Nick great great grandson, Milo Romanyshian and her brother, Wayne Palmer and his wife Clara.
