Don Shelnutt

Don A. Shelnutt was born April 8th, 1942, and passed away on April 9th, 2023. He was preceded in death by his wife Kaydette, his parents Buran and Velma Shelnutt and brothers James, Leslie, Ronnie and Carold Shelnutt. He is survived by his two sons Scott and Jamie Shelnutt and three daughters Celeste Stone, Cyndie Walker and Cally Walker, one grandson Dustin Shelnutt and six granddaughters Shelby Stone, Shaundra Stone, Kaylee Caldwell, Candice Hill, Abri-Anna Shelnutt and Keely-Ann Shelnutt and three great grandsons Chase Savoie, Zane Stone and Andrew Caldwell.

Don was a loving father and grandfather and a devoted husband. He retired from the U.S. Border Patrol in 1999 after 23 years of distinguished service. He was also active as a Mason and Shriner. He touched many lives in his lifetime with his compassion and service to others. He will be sorely missed.
