David Pacheco

David Anthony Pacheco from Spokane, WA (formerly from Carrizozo, NM) passed away suddenly on February 12, 2024.

He was born September 18, 1962, Tularosa, NM to David Ramos Pacheco and Pauline Otero Pacheco, David attended Carrizozo Schools. In 1980 he enlisted in the US Army National Guard. He was assigned to Battery D 2nd Ba 200th ADA Alamogordo, NM as a Light ADA Crewman. He was honorably discharged in 1986. He was an avid LA Raiders fan. His hobbies included working on his garden and lawn. He enjoyed fishing, skiing and going to the casinos.

He is predeceased by his parents, his sisters, Elizabeth and Katherine and his nephew, Michael. His grandparents, Juan and Francisca Pacheco, Jim and Feliz Randall and Antonio and Manuelita Otero.

Surviving him are his sisters, Veronica (Mike) and Yvonne. His nephew, Marcos, his nieces, Jessica, Maria, Veronica and Rita. Numerous Uncles, Aunts, cousins and friends.

Also surviving are his Spokane cousins, Gina, Rhona and their families. His special cousin, Sylvie whom he helped raise.

Services will be on March 16, 2024, at Santa Rita Catholic Church in Carrizozo beginning at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Cemetery.
