Carroll Crabb

Carroll Gene Crabb, 74, of Nogal passed away Saturday, October 27, 2012. He was born January 31, 1938 at Vernon, Texas. Mr. Crabb was a retired Major from the U.S. Army having served during the Vietman War. He moved to Lincoln County in December, 1990 from El Paso, TX. He attended the Capitan United Methodist Church. He married Gisela Griesbach on December 10, 1960 in France.

He is survived by his wife, Gisela children, Gabriella Thomas, Thomas Crabb, Jenny Crabb and Jimmy Crabb and his wife, Luby, and January Hefdt seven grandchildren sister Mady Handel cousin, Mike Warren. He was preceded in death by two brothers, W.R. Crabb who died in the Vietnam War and James Crabb.

Visitation will be Thursday, November 1, from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at LaGrone Funeral Chapel in Ruidoso. Funeral service will be Friday, November 2, at 10:30 AM in the Capitan United Methodist Church with burial to follow at Ft. Stanton Cemetery.
