Billie Payne

Visitation for Bille Lee Payne, 77, of Carrizozo will be Tuesday, July 15, at LaGrone Funeral Chapel in Ruidoso from 10:00 AM until Noon. Graveside services will be Wednesday, July 16, at 4:00 PM in Evergreen Cemetery in Carrizozo. Mrs. Payne passed away Saturday, July 12, in Ruidoso. She was born January 25, 1931 in Dayton, Ohio. She moved to Carrizozo in 1974 from Phoenix, Arizona. She married Jim Payne on Jaunary 5, 1973 at Las Vegas, Nevada. She is survived by her husband, Jim; a son, David Vermilion; two daughters, Michelle Gansel and Vickie Comstock-Gonzales; 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
