Berkley Enjady, 47, of Mescalero passed away Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Mescalero. He was born October 31, 1968 at Mescalero and had lived there all of his life.
Berkley was saved on Sunday, January 10, 2016. He said, the best thing to ever happen to me is my current wife, Diana Joyce Enjady, my children and grandchildren. Berkley loved to go fishing, looking for antlers and walking around in the mountains. He loved all kinds of artwork, painting, drawing, doing jewelry, bead work and painting on furniture. He was an avid fan of the Denver Broncos. He worked with tribal maintenance, Ski Apache, Inn of the Mountain Gods and forestry. He married Joyce on July 21, 2014 at Mescalero.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce; children, Ephraim Dean Enjady, Elaina Via, Ryan Herrera, Cynthia Enjady, Vala Muniz, Heather Enjady, Nellia Enjady, Berkley Enjady and Blake Enjady; step-son, Elijah Caje; brothers and sisters, Beverly Kirgan, Iva Enjady, Ada Palmer, Doreen Fernando, Oliver Enjady, Eldon Enjady Jr. and Sandra Enjady.
Visitation will be Wednesday, February 24, at LaGrone Funeral Chapel from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. with the funeral service on Thursday, February 25, at 10:00 A.M. at the Mescalero Assembly of God Church. Burial will follow at the Mescalero Cemetery.
