Arnie Gibson

Visitation for Juanita Gibson, 87, of Ruidoso will be Tuesday, August 10, at LaGrone Funeral Chapel from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. The funeral service will be Wednesday, August 11, at 1:30 PM in the Gateway Church of Christ in Ruidoso with burial to follow at the Ruidoso Hondo Valley Cemetery at Ruidoso Downs.

Mrs. Gibson passed away Saturday, August 7, 2010 in Alamogordo. She was born December 24, 1922 at Loraine, Texas. She moved to Ruidoso in 2001 from Ackerly, Texas with her husband, Marlin Gibson who she married on December 23, 1939 and he preceded her in death in 2004. She was a member of the Ruidoso Womens Club and was an avid bridge player. She attended Gateway Church of Christ.

She is survived by her son, Don Gibson of Ruidoso her daughter, Marlene French of Ruidoso brother, Vernon Davis of Livingston, Texas 5 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
