Albert Salcido Sr.

Rosary for Albert W. Salcido Sr, 87, of San Patricio will be Tuesday, March 5, at 9:30 AM with the funeral mass to follow at 10:00 AM at St. Judes Catholic Church in San Patricio. Burial will follow at St. Judes Catholic Cemetery.

Mr. Salcido passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at his home. He was born October 25, 1925 at Lincoln, NM and lived all of his life in Lincoln and Chaves Counties. He served in the Navy during World War II and attended St. Judes Catholic Church. He was a rancher on the Rockn 4 Ranch in Alamo Canyon.

He married Nora Nunez on November 16, 1946 at Carrizozo and she preceded him in death on August 24, 1998.

He is survived by his companion Eva Sanchez and family. Albert has 7 children, Edna, Irene, Becky, Albert, Andrew, Gail and Ronald. Albert has 18 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and 28 great great grandchildren 2 brothers, Leo and Eloy 2 sisters, Mary Morales and Pristinia Morales and was preceded in death by a son, Frankie.
